Following Paris Photo 2022, the Arts Arena presents a visionary thinker whose seminal books and ideas on the future of photography have been the subject of seminars around the world. Dean Emeritus of the International Center of Photography, Fred Ritchin first anticipated the digital revolution and now takes us beyond the photographic universe. Today, the “camera does not lie” has little resonance. Behold this portrait of “The First Female President of France” who has never existed. Her portrait was created by words on August 16, 2022 with the DALL-E, text-to-image generator.

A Q&A and a champagne reception will follow Dean Ritchin’s talk.
