The origins of wine can be traced back to various regions throughout Europe and nowhere else in the world is wine more interconnected with culture, art, economics, and history than the European continent. Join members of the Columbia Alumni Association’s Wine Industry Network (CAA-WIN) for a fascinating and informative discussion with three celebrated winery owners about the current state of wine throughout Europe as well as tips on unique varietals, pairings, and sustainability with anyone who registers.
Featured panelists will be Beth Moreno ’89DM of Venetian Hills® Winery in Italy, Nicole Sierra Rolet of Chene Bleu Wines in France, and Victor Urrutia ’01BUS of CVNE of Spain. The discussion will be moderated by CAA-WIN co-founder Ken Catandella, senior executive director for CAA and University Relations.
